3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging our services agree to provide accurate and complete
information necessary for project execution. Clients are responsible for
maintaining confidentiality, adhering to project timelines, and making timely
payments as outlined in separate agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed by the Company in the course of providing
services remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in
writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the
delivered software or materials for their intended purpose.
5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to
maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the
course of the project. The Company will not disclose client proprietary
information to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Payment Payment terms,
including amounts and deadlines, will be specified in separate agreements
between the Company and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result
in project delays or termination of services.
7. Termination Either party may
terminate the project or services with written notice if the other party
materially breaches the agreement. Termination does not relieve the client's
obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company will make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we do
not guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Disclaimer Our services and
information provided on our website are provided on an "as-is" basis.
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability,
or completeness of the content.
10. Governing Law These Terms are
governed by the laws of Sate of Delhi, and any disputes arising out of or in
connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located in State of Delhi.

these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and
continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the
revised Terms.
